The report outlines the data analysis, mathematical modelling and software development of ‘HotStuff', the program used to estimate the risk of mortality due to heat stress in livestock decks on voyages from Australia to the Middle East.

The software has been expanded and revised following industry workshops and is now released as Version 2.1.
