The purpose of this review was to ensure the use of the best possible historical wet bulb temperature data to assess the port-specific heat stress risk to livestock, as incorporated into the latest version of 'HotStuff’ (v3.0).

The report recommends that the inclusion of historical land-based records of wet bulb temperatures could improve the HotStuff model.
