Eligible industry members are those approved by LiveCorp to access Industry-only Content and include LiveCorp staff and board members, LiveCorp Exporter and Associate Members, ALEC staff, CEO and President/Chair of state LEAs, and LEP staff (Eligible Industry Members).
6.2. LiveCorp will require you to use your username and password to obtain access to the Industry-only Content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password and for all use or activity that occurs on your account, including unauthorised use or activity.
6.3. You must promptly notify LiveCorp if the confidentiality and security of your username and password is compromised or there is any unauthorised use of your username or password.
6.4. LiveCorp will not be responsible for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of your username or password.
6.5. LiveCorp reserves the right to disable, temporarily or permanently, any username or password at any time, including if, in LiveCorp’s reasonable opinion:
6.5.1. the purpose for, and conditions on, which you were granted access to the Industry-only Content no longer apply;
6.5.2. you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of the Terms of Use; or
6.5.3. it is no longer appropriate for you to have access to the Industry-only Content.
6.6. From time to time, and in its sole discretion, LiveCorp may reset your password or the passwords of all Eligible Industry Members. Should this occur, you will be prompted to set a new password during your next login attempt.
7.1. LiveCorp may make a record of your visit and log your visit for statistical and business purposes. Such information may include, but is not limited to, your server address, domain name, IP address, the date and time of your visit, pages accessed, documents downloaded, previous sites visited and the type of browser used. Where that information constitutes your personal information, LiveCorp will only use that information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
7.2. If LiveCorp requires you to complete an electronic form on this site and in doing so it requires you to enter personal information, LiveCorp will provide you with information concerning that collection and will only use that information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
