LiveCorp's Funding Agreement with the Commonwealth Government requires an independent review to assess its performance against the obligations of the Funding Agreement, its constitution, and relevant legislation. The review must be conducted by an independent company that has not carried out any corporate governance activity, performance audit or similar reviews of LiveCorp in the four years before the review.
An independent Performance Review of LiveCorp was completed in October 2020. The report contained four recommendations. An implementation plan has been developed which outlines LiveCorp's actions to address those recommendations.
